Good Friday was just that...we headed down to the Science Center to see the Chocolate exhibit! We got to learn all about everyone's favorite treat, and even got a sample! I tried the 85% dark chocolate and found that I might as well have eaten straight cocoa powder. My advice would be to stick with a 45% dark chocolate. The kids preferred milk and white, of course...the more sugar the better!
